Covid Policy

Capital Weekend will follow CDC and Montgomery County current covid advisories. Currently, masks are optional. For the safety of all, we encourage attendees to hand sanitize frequently and be vaccinated. Please do not attend if you have covid symptoms or a positive covid test.

Social Events

An After party following the Saturday Night ball and a Sunday brunch are planned; information and directions will be available at the event.

Photography

A photographer will take pictures of the dancing for publicity purposes at Capital Weekend. By registering for Capital Weekend, individuals recognize that they may be photographed and that images may be used in publicity materials for future Capital Weekends. Those who do not wish to have photographs used must let the organizers know and be willing to wear a provided ribbon on their name badge to indicate this. Capital Weekend will not be accountable for unofficial photographs.

Scholarships

To apply for financial aid, complete the registration form, then complete the Between the Rivers fund application by April 1, 2024.
